RETURNS
Can I make returns?

Returns can be made on all garments within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be accepted once the garments are inspected, and have not been used or damaged.  Returns made after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.

How do I make returns?

To make returns please send an email to [email protected]—ko.com stating your returns. An instruction on the returns process will be email back to you within 24 hours.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping fee?

Yes. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of return items. Also we advise customers to set tracking on return items, as we will not be held responsible for any lost items.

What if the returns are lost?

A refund will not be made on items that are lost. We advise customers to set tracking on items for security.

REFUNDS
Will I receive a full refund?

You will receive a full refund on garments once a full inspection for damages has been made, and successfully passed. Although a refund will not be made on the original delivery cost. The refund will be sent to the account the purchase was originally made from.

When will I receive a refund?

The refund will be made after the inspection of the returned items. Depending on the banking system payments may take up to 3 days to process.

SHIPPING

We offer tracking on all our orders. Orders within the EU will take between 3-4 working days to arrive. International orders will take between 5-7 working days. We will not be held responsible for customs and taxing fees for orders outside of the EU.

CANCELATION

Cancelations on orders will only be accepted if the orders have not been shipped. If shipment has already taken place you will need to follow our returns process.

PAYMENT

Customers can choose between two payment options, PayPal or Direct Card Payment.

INCORRECT SHIPPMENT

INCORRECT INFORMATION

If you have entered an incorrect address and the order has already been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible, and will not be able to offer you a refund.
